KAREN OLYNYK

Massage therapy first entered Karen’s life through her passion and love of running. She became increasingly fascinated with the complex workings of the human body, growing a keen interest in why we experience common injuries, aches and pains, and how to prevent them from happening in the first place.

She believes Massage Therapy can be an extremely effective tool in reducing tension and pain, as well as restoring and maintaining optimal health so you can continue doing whatever it is you love to do.

She strives to discover the root of the problem and create an individualized treatment plan to best suit your current condition and needs. Commonly used modalities include deep tissue and myofascial release, joint mobilizations and muscle energy techniques.
